What's the difference between free and pro aliases?
Free users get randomly generated aliases (like [email protected]), while pro users can create custom aliases (like [email protected]).
Do you store my emails?
No, we don't store email content. We only forward emails to your real inbox and temporarily cache them for up to 7 days to ensure reliable delivery.
What billing options do you have?
Pro is available with Monthly (€7.50/mo), Quarterly (€21 every 3 months) or Yearly (€80/year) billing. You can switch between billing options at any time.
How many custom aliases can I have?
All Pro plans include custom aliases. Capacity scales by billing cycle: Monthly 10, Quarterly 25, Yearly 50. All other Pro features are the same.
Do yearly plans include anything extra?
Yes. Yearly members can claim four character custom aliases, which are reserved for long term plans. All other Pro features stay the same.
What security features are included?
Pro users get advanced spam/virus filtering, email quarantine, blocked sender management, tracker removal and enhanced privacy mode. Free users get basic email protection.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
